MOZLEY PARK VISION PLAN

Friends of Mozley Park completed a park vision plan for our neighborhood park in partnership with Park Pride. There are several recent investments and proposed projects in and around Mozley Park, including the new playground and fitness equipment, the streetscape along Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, public art, and even new rain gardens to help with flooding! These investments will impact how Mozley Park is used and how the park is perceived by the community.

Through a grant from Park Pride, we received the opportunity to create a vision plan for Mozley Park. This vision made recommendations for future investments in a way that was responsive to community concerns. The visioning process resulted in a conceptual plan reflective of the community’s desires for what we would like to see in our neighborhood park. Your feedback and support is critical to the long-term success and stewardship of this much-loved and valued greenspace.
